Jeff Hull with Foresight
Technologies, resigned his position on the board, effective
January 16, 2008. Therefore, the remaining ATMA board members
nominated and voted to approve
David Lair to serve on the ATMA board
beginning in 2008 for
the remainder of Jeff's term, which is through December 2009.
David Lair accepted the
nomination and will be officially installed on January 23,
2008!
